Musical Theater Auditions

Students ages 9+ interested in auditioning for ANY singing role should arrive with a prepared audition song in the style of the show (not from the show itself). We are asking for about a 30 second excerpt (A verse and chorus are typically a great choice). Please bring your accompaniment cued up on a phone or other electronic device or sheet music to be played by an accompanist. Students who sing a cappella or with vocals on the track may not be considered for singing roles. We want to hear you and your ability to follow accompaniment.

Students interested in ANY acting role should prepare the nonsense scene you will receive once registered. Students should learn both A and B dialogues to the best of their ability. Scripts may be used in the audition as a reference.

Students ages 5-8 do not need to audition and may sign up for Youth Ensemble rehearsals either Mondays from 6-7pm or Fridays from 5:45-6:45pm. Please do not register for both.

Classes begin Monday, March 4, 2024.

Students age 9+ will rehearse Wednesdays and Fridays from 7-8:30 pm.
Students wishing to perform but not audition may enroll in Senior Ensemble.
